Cutter Palm is an AR Card that was available in the first series of Kid Icarus: Uprising Booster Packs. By scanning the card to a copy of Uprising, the player will receive an Idol of the Cutter Palm, as well as 100 Hearts.

Idol Description

The Cutter Palm fires light rings that slice through foes. While powerful, it takes long to charge and its continuous fire lacks good homing. Despite these flaws, you can't go wrong with its homing backward-dash charged shot.
