Handoras are new enemies in Kid Icarus: Uprising. They are fast and powerful but can't sustain much more damage than a Monoeye, making them effective minions for the Underworld Army. Handoras are made up of two monstrous hands joined together by a spiked collar; one hand functions as the legs, skittering about on its fingers, while the other functions as the body, firing bursts of small bullets out of its single eye, which are plasma-like in appearance. During land battles, they sometimes fire a small purple beam that is similar to a Leox's attack.

A pair of monstrous hands joined together and given a will of their own. Handoras crawl like spiders, even scrambling across walls and ceilings with ease. They are merciless hunters, their only motivation the desire to attack others.
