The Merenguy, introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising, is a rarely-deployed member of the Underworld Army. While unable to directly attack, its hypnotic dance forces the camera to focus on it, making it more difficult to deal with other enemies. Finishing the Merenguy off or dashing around it will get the camera back in position. It first appears in Chapter 3.
Idol Description
The Merenguy's dance is strangely entrancing. So much so that it uses its talent to distract enemies for the Underworld Army. When that folksy music starts playing and Merenguy starts shaking its hips, you just can't look away.
