The Merenguy is a rarely-deployed member of the Underworld Army. While unable to directly attack, his hypnotic dance forces the camera to focus on him, making it more difficult to deal with other enemies. Either finish him off quickly, or dash around him to get the camera back in position.

Merenguys (ガサック Gasakku) are Underworld enemies that debuted in Kid Icarus: Uprising.

Physical Appearance[]

The Merenguy is a purple-skinned monster with hands that resemble pom-poms, and legs fashioned to look like a grass skirt. While its red mask seems to hide a face beneath it, its true face appears to be the green eyeballs in its pom-poms and the pair of red lips on its pelvis, as these features become animate in battle.
