Porcuspines are two-legged Underworld enemies introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. When Pit gets near them, they will produce multiple spikes from their back, and when Pit shoots them, they will shoot these spikes; however, this leaves them vulnerable to attacks.
Physical Appearance[]
The Porcuspine is mostly blue in color. It has a spherical build, with white spikes protruding from its body, and its veins are visible from underneath its skin. The Porcuspine has two short legs with clawed feet, a rat-like tail, and a single yellow eye.
Appearances[]
Porcuspines are rare enemies that first appear in Chapter 2 of Kid Icarus Uprising. They don't appear again until Chapter 10.
They also join the fray when the Chaos Kin copies them in Chapter 21: The Chaos Vortex and when Pit is swallowed in Chapter 23: Lord of the Underworld. They're also created by Dyntos to test Pit in Chapter 24: The Three Trials.
Idol Description[]
Porcuspine attacks over a wide range by shooting needles in all directions. Despite the hard look in its eyes, Porcuspine is a relatively calm and reserved monster.
