The Reset Bomb (初期化爆弾 Shokka Bakudan, "Initialization Bomb") is a Forces of Nature mini-boss that debuted in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Abilities[]
Formed inside the Reset Bomb Depot, Reset Bombs are only created to return the earth back to its natural state. In order to achieve this, the bomb must be launched onto its destination, where it expands into a Reset Bomb Forest upon impact. This process is said to take years to finish, only harming mankind without negatively affecting wildlife or natural inhabitants.

Chapter 11: Viridi, Goddess of Nature[]
When the humans begin battling each other over the mythical Wish Seed, the goddess of nature, Viridi, launches a Reset Bomb over the area in an attempt to wipe them out. Once the Reset Bomb makes contact with the Overworld, it engulfs the surrounding area with a massive forest.
Chapter 12: Wrath of the Reset Bomb[]
Palutena informs Pit that Viridi is launching another Reset Bomb, forcing her to fly Pit closer in order to destroy it before it makes contact with the Overworld. Once close enough, Pit begins shooting at its green orbs, which exposes its vulnerable core. The angel then swiftly destroys the core, deactivating the Reset Bomb before it can cause any damage.
Chapter 17: The Aurum Brain[]
After Pyrrhon betrays his allies and commands the Aurum to attack Pit, Viridi launches a Reset Bomb into the Aurum Brain Fortress in an attempt to defeat him. However, the Reset Bomb Forest that emerges from the bomb bursts into flames shortly after due to Pyrrhon's powers; as a result, it deals no significant damage to the fortress.
Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U[]
The Reset Bomb makes a brief appearance in the Reset Bomb Forest stage, in which the explosion of a bomb makes contact with the war-torn battlefield and transforms the stage into a Reset Bomb Forest.
Trophy Information[]
Created as a secret weapon of the Forces of Nature, this item possesses devastating power. When it is detonated, it wipes out all signs of human civilization, returning the area to nature. The thick brambles and jungle that are created make the area all but inaccessible to humans.

Reset Bomb[]
Bombs used by Viridi to restore the natural order. The explosion of a Reset Bomb triggers a flood of brambles that in turn become a potent fertilizer. The land around the impact soon becomes dense jungle, uninhabitable by humans.
