The Trailtail (ライナ Raina, "Liner") is an Underworld enemy in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Physical Appearance[]
The Trailtail is a green, insect-like monster with four legs. It possesses four yellow eyes on its face, along with a gaping mouth filled with sharp teeth and a red mane. Its two yellow marks on its back, along with its single protruding spike and purple spinneret, gives its rear the appearance of a humanoid face.

Kid Icarus: Uprising[]
Appearing exclusively in the Air Battles of chapters 9 and 22, the Trailtail always travels in groups, flying across the screen to cast out webs that inflict damage on contact. Though its webs are sturdy enough to act as obstacles, defeating a Trailtail will make its corresponding web completely disappear.

Trailtail[]
Trailtail flies in a zigzag pattern, leaving a trail of thread behind it. Like a spider with its silk, Trailtail uses this thread to capture prey. However, making too many trails can leave it famished, forcing it to pick a perfect spot to really let loose.
