The Viper Blade (撃剣バイパー Gekiken Baipaa, literally meaning "Fencing: Viper") is a Blade introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It has the natural ability to inflict the poison status with its attacks and possesses a good range, outclassing almost all Blades. Like most Blades, its shots lose power as they travel.

A blade said to have been forged from the scales of a thousand venomous serpents. It's one of the few weapons to inflict poison damage. Users of this blade should soothe its dark, nightly rattlings with gentle caresses.

Certain weapon modifiers from the old weapons have a chance of being transported to the new one. There are many pairs of weapons that can be fused into a Viper Blade.
